Import-Less Kings Defeated Rain or Shine

I am a little bit busy with my work, so I haven't that enough time to concentrate with basketball (PBA). I really would want to watch the game last Friday though, but my friend had not replied from my text a day before, so, I just decided not to go.

I was not able to watch the first half. I had to meet someone who would hand me an important document. So, I failed to watch the block shot of my dear Chris Pacana. Nonetheless, my cousin told me so. And I was so proud of him. I knew in times like this, he would really step up for the team.

Luckily, I was able to watch the second half. It was exciting, the Rain or Shine Elasto Painters (RoS) are fortunate enough to chip in their 3 point shots (In the first half, they were unable to do so). They regained their lead back (first was 5-3 in the first quarter) in the 4th quarter (I believe). But with Eric Menk playing like an import, the Kings successfully gained the triumph, even without an import. (Trivia: RoS also lost to Purefoods when the import of Purefoods had been thrown out from the game, start of the 3rd Quarter)

Now, let's talk about Chris Pacana. I was overwhelmed as what Jason Webb had said during one of the fearless drives of Chris towards the basket. He said that Chris is one of the guards who likes posting up. And yes, Chris was so successful with that.

Earlier, I had searched for the keyword "Chris Pacana", and yes, this blog is the first result. But wikipedia had, finally, an article about Chris as well. Here's what it has to say:

Ernani Christopher M. Pacana III (born on December 24, 1981 in California, USA), better known as Chris Pacana, is a Filipino professional basketball player in the Philippine Basketball Association for the Barangay Ginebra Kings. He was one of the factors of the championship run by the Barangay Ginebra Kings in the 2008 PBA Fiesta Conference. He was born to Ernani Pacana, Jr. and Elizabeth Mendoza. Pacana was the 15th draft pick of the Coca-Cola Tigers in 2006.
