Black Out vs. 1 Stunners
DIAMOND DIVISION
4 p.m.
As the 1 Stunners continue to be a threat to the league, constantly setting the bar high with new prospects and veterans alike, will this be their year? They are already starting better then they have in seasons before with an 0-2 record.
Black Out will be playing their second game of the day, the first of which against Young Gunnaz, a team that defeated 1 Stunners by a mere three points. Will fatigue set in, only to make the circumstances extenuating as they already are? They will be facing two of the most elite teams in SSBL history and if they can make an undefeated run for today, expect some a big shift of fan loyalty to Black Out.
1 Stunners have made key acquisitions right before the lock, especially with Kenneth Ubom looking comfortable in black/pink uniform. He dropped a season high 55 points in the lowly Platinum Division – can he do the same in Diamond especially with Chris Pacana dropping game high seven dimes last Sunday in a 34 point victory against Hardest Out?
Black Out begs to differ. "This isn't Gold or Platinum Division" - can easily be read from Frost aka Keith Allen's grill when he went for 39 points last Sunday against Team Play.
"When you have players putting their nicknames on the roster, that's when you know you've established your reputation in SSBL. That name will carry on forever when you're in this league," commented a stats keeper.

Black Out vs. 1 Stunners
DIAMOND DIVISION
4 p.m.
"I'd put the ball in Mark's (Pagdilao) hands right now and have him nail the game winner on Shane's grill," said a Black Out rival.
"Actually, I'd have the rookie, Mousse, run the clock and dish it out. He'll find Big Ken and he will hit the big shot," said an Association fan.
"Well, what's Fresh Prince doing dribbling the ball. He ain't actually gonna take the last shot is he?" questioned a puzzled Stunners fan.
Reigning MVP Keith Allen is no stranger to these clutch situations but my main man blew it against the Stunners going winless on their double-header weekend. Final score said it all, 68-66, and you know "Frost" doesn't take losses too kindly. Deuce-deuce, 11 off the glass, and 2 swats. All that for two losses? DeMay was working the boards with 8 and Bim Okemriboye finished with 4 from long distance and Bim was the second leading scorer with 16.
"Bear" had a double-double with 24 points and 13 rebounds. My main man, Bear, had a double-double by the 1st half and he looked like he was the only Stunner playing when they were down, 44-36. Unfortunately for Bear, he fouled out of the game and he's my dude and all but how is an All Superstar, All Galaxy, All Universe gonna cry about the refs hating him. Bear, you're my main man and all but you're All Superstar Power Forward... refs don't hate you. Crying to lil' man about your falls won't do anything, specially when the refs hate on him every time he's on the court.
C-Pac continues to shine at the 1 spot dishing a team-high, 4 dimes and finishing with 8 boards. The team logged 10 dimes and their now 3rd in that category dishing 10.3 apg. Kenneth Ubom finished with 13 and on a drive to the lane for a dunk, had his shot dunk attempt blocked by Frost who finished with a team-high 2 blocks. Terrance Martin was the leading scorer for Stunners last week but finished this week as the second-leading scorer with 13 and 4 dimes. He burned 13 seconds from the clock before taking a shot at the baseline putting the Stunners up 68-66, game over, Black Out two game slide. G-Dub and im-out.

1 Stunners vs. Hardest Out
DIAMOND DIVISION
1 p.m.
Terrence Martin led the Stunners with 21 points and 15 rebounds as the Stunners convincingly won over Hardest Out, 85-51.
The Stunners front line was unstoppable in the 1st half putting the game away by halftime, 52-22. Kenneth Ubom finished with 13 points while Alex "Bear" Ivezaj led the team with 19 points and 2 steals. Chris Pacana led the team with 7 dimes and his options are unlimited specially when the Stunners forwards are on fire. GM Mark Pagdilao finished with 13 points after connecting for 3 three-pointers. The team dished 20 assists opposed to Hardest Out's 7.
Hardest Out was led by Kenny and he finished with 21 points and a team-high 3 assists. Justin Barksdale was the second leading scorer with 11 points and he finished with 2 blocks and 10 rebounds. Jordan Call also recorded a double-double with 11 points and 10 rebounds. The team played with just 5 players and GM Kameron Johnson is having a difficult time leading his team to their first "W". The team will face Parking Lot Pimps in Week 4.
